How do I log in to the app?
The first time you open the app, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. Your email address will serve as your login. Your name is just there so we know what to call you.
If you do not log out of the app, there will be no need to log in again. If you have logged out of the app, simply be sure to enter the same email that you previously used.

I placed an incorrect bid, what do I do now?
You bid, you bought it! Just kidding. We know accidents happen when an open bar is involved...
If you've already been outbid, don't worry about it.
If yours is the winning bid and you've yet to be outbid, please see a Museum staff member and a member of the Auction Staff will assist in removing your bid. Please note that once the auction has ended we cannot remove bids and you will be the winner of the item.

I'm a winner! How do I pay?
We value your personal information and do not ask for any payment information through the app.
If you are a winner, please proceed to the Silent Auction checkout located at the museum's Huntington Entrance and a Museum staff member will be happy to assist you in paying for your item.

Still having trouble?
Don't miss out on a piece you love! Just see one of the Auction Minders (sharply dressed and carrying iPads) in the Sharf Visitor Center and they will be able to place your bid for you. Make sure to check keep an eye on the current bids in case you get outbid!
